Unlined Hoffman Pac Boot (Calk, Claw-lug or Regular sole)

I just received my unlined pac boots from Hoffman and my first impression is above expectations!  I own several different Hoffman Pac boots but was skeptical about the unlined boot's comfort not having a liner.  These boots come with a very comfortable insole and the inner rubber bottom is lined with what seems to be a thin neoprene.  They are very comfortable and not near as warm as the Thinsulate thins.  I would say the fit is somewhere between bigger than the Thinsulate but maybe a bit smaller than the felt pacs.  Rubber seems to be the same durable quality as the pro pacs.  I think these boots will be great for those wet warmer days in the fall and spring.

These boots look like they should stand up to demanding use.  I had a little trouble getting the left insole to lay flat.  Experiencing some heel slip during breaking in period.  I’m using the old lace under the sole trick to cinch my foot in to start with.  I have about 15 miles on them and they’re coming along nicely.
