FITTING TIPS: Hoffman thisulate lined pacs tend to run small. Add 1 size to your current shoe size. (i.e. size 9 or 9 1/2 would order a size 10).

I live in these boots 5 months a year. I'm a forester, feller and timber cruiser in northern Washington working in steep terrain with heavy snows. These are by far the best PAC boot I've tried, still have my 1st pair (going strong after 5 years) with a backup pair and a claw lug pair for use with snow shoes when the snow really gets deep.

The Hoffman LW5 pull-on style boot is a tremendous value, featuring an easy on, easy -off boot design while still offering a supportive upper. The durable rubber is a mixture of NBR (Nitrile Butadience) and natural rubber, making the boot very resistant to oils and chemicals, while providing excellent abrasive resistance. The German made Meindl Kootenai boot has 400 grams of thinsulate insulation and a very supportive upper that provides excellent leg support and stability on steep terrain. A removable insole adds cushion to your every step. The unique upper design has a minimal amount of stitching. A removable calk sole is added for good traction and long wear. Easy to break in, the Meindl Calk Boot is ideal for those looking for a comfortable calk boot with a waterproof liner. This boot is not guaranteed to be waterproof once calks are added.
