First off, I live in Florida so ordering a boot from Idaho having just learned of the company was daunting. However, the staff kept in touch and answered all my questions. It truly was an enjoyable experience. You don’t see this level of customer service often.

Secondly, right out of the box they were a perfect fit. So comfortable and can’t wait to get them broken in and hit the trails in the future. I’ll update after a year or so.
