I recently ordered this boot for general purpose winter/snow duty. Its awesome. The leather upper is very well made. Nice and thick. Thinsulate liner is quite warm. The fit runs about a half size small as described on the website. The goodyear sole is extremely robust and durable. I look forward to wearing them every morning the wind chill is below 20F. Ordered a pair and received in a couple days. My husband has been looking for this style boot for a while. Likes Hoffman boots, but needed to get away from taller lace ups. Considering ordering one more pair before discontinued.
He would be overwhelmed if Hoffman came out with something like this for summer.
