The German made Meindl boot has a very supportive upper that provides excellent leg support and stability. A waterproof bootie helps insure dryness and a removable insole adds cushion to your every step. Hoffman's has added our Dual Steel Shanks to the boot for all day climbing comfort. A durable Vibram lug sole provides traction and long time wear. Easy to break in, the Meindl Line Boot is ideal for those looking for a comfortable line boot with a waterproof liner. This boot will meet the F2413-11 standard for safety toe and EH rating.Although waterproof liner failure is rare in the construction of this boot, neither Hoffman's nor Meindl will warranty the waterproofness of this boot.

All-Around Great Utility Boot

Nothing but good to say about these boots. I wear them regularly and are still holding up after 4 years. They're a smaller, comfortable boot, that can be thrown on quickly, making them great for after hours trouble calls. Not big and heavy, and climbing in them is great.

ON TO MY SECOND PAIR. GREAT BOOT, HATE SQUEAK

I am on my second pair of San Ramon 6" boots. The first pair were great and I got around 4 years out of them. This second pair however developed a squeak when I walk that's driving me insane. I've tried everything, oil, dryer sheet, sandpaper on bottom, hitting the sole with a hammer, this thing is going nowhere. The boots are comfortable enough that I'm thinking about buying a new pair already.
