The Meindl Boot has an extremely supportive one piece leather upper, combined with a rubber rand that provides excellent ankle support and stability. These boots have been designed and tested in the most demanding conditions that a person can face, from steep mountain sides to rocky conditions, this boot simply performs.

Best boot in construction

I am an electrician and I spend all day walking on concrete and climbing up and down ladders. I have run through 2 pairs of these boots in 5 years and I will continue to buy these boots for the remainder of my career. I recommend them to everybody looking for a great work boot and haven't met a single person who regrets their purchase of these boots. Even after a long summer of heavy industrial work with lots of neglect, these boots continue to give excellent support and durability. My only gripe would be having to replace the laces 1-2 times for the 2.5 years I get out of a pair. Like any pair of leather work boots there is a break in period to power through but once broken in they are the best work boot money can buy.
